Rare OM gears

I mainly collect M-1 cameras, so needless to say, if you know me you should know what I am looking for.

I am still waiting for that beautiful encounter.

However, apart from my dream camera, there are also some very rare OM bodies out there.

As I can probably never get these (I actually almost got one of these), I can only borrow some photos online.

The gold OM1n.

It's made by Olympus back in the days and given to a limited group of selected individuals, only 25 of these were made.

So stupid that I didn't get it when it was available on evil bay. It should be the real deal.

Equally rare is the gold OM2n. Again, only 25 copies were given to selected individuals.

I wonder where these cameras are now.

I saw online that some people try to create their own, like this.

It's close but the real deal is always more attractive than a replica.
